Duties: Leads the Operations, Sales, Business Development, Logistics, Services, Operations. Efficiency and Human Resources departments. Sets operating and commercial strategy for the business. Charged with driving all monthly operating and sales results as needed to meet budget and forecast expectations. Solves all operational and commercial problems and challenges and assures on-time, high quality production to assure customer satisfaction. Communicates thoroughly to employees, customers, vendors, financial investors and media to assure understanding of key messages. Hire, terminate, replace, reorganize employees,
as needed, to drive performance.

Min. Requirements: bachelor’s degree in management, commerce, finance, or related, or foreign equivalent plus minimum of 10 years of successful broad-based manufacturing experience in multiple companies. Specific skills or other requirements: 10 years of experience in the high graphics printing industry required. 10 years of management experience and have led operations and sales teams previously. 10 years of experience in direct and specific high graphics packaging industry leading each of operations, sales and customer service functions. 10 years of experience of folding carton/single-face laminate
markets and customers. 10 years of experience in driving profitability
through cost minimization, product mix management, sales revenue
maximization and strategic capital investments.
